Posted: Today at 11:08 am Post subject: June 12 meeting at CALTEX MARILAO VW CLUB bulacan chapter meeting 830pm...i attended the meeting lastnite at Caltex Marilao near SM MArilao. 15 enthusiasts attended. The agenda touched on world vw day celebration June 14 and the June 21 SM BALIUAG run.nice to know some of the vw people last nite. the meeting last from 830 to 1030pm, Mckoy Michael who owns the Kombi slammed with 18 inch rubbers was there. His kombi was absent but he had posted it here before and i have a nice time discussing how hewas able to put this BLING BLING inside the wheel fenders of the kombi... ok thats my orange bug in front of SM BALIUAG when i got the flyers for the June 21 BUG RUN SPONSORED BY SM BALIUAG they want 200 VW car enthusiast all over to join. FATHERS DAY june 21 2009 thats me with driving glasses on...first time to bring orange bug inside the NORTH LUZON SUPER HIGHWAY...enroute to Marilao..."i know the speedo says its 75kph mommy but why do i feel like im driving at 75 MILES PER HOUR? scary mommy this orange bug is FAST!" House lizard always a good omen in the Philippines...thats the one hanging on to my windshield at the North Luzon Expressway last night. there is no airbag on the passenger side of this 1970s orange bug..there is an orange mr bean teddy plus a nice doggie on the handlebar as "bump" guard instead... thats the boss...manoy with his black notch thats the flying BANNER HEADLINE across the street near pulilan Town Church...announcing the Volkswagon Bug Run at SM Baliuag with help from VWCP bulacan chapter. thats the string of beautiful VW bugs owned by bulacan chapter members parked at Caltex Marilao last night 15 enthusiasts met up to discuss the June 14 event as well as the June 21 event at SM MARILAO to SM BALIUAG 200 VW owners are invited to join this VW FUN RIDE sm marilao to sm baliuag June 21 2009...convoy leaves SM MARILAO at 2pm in the afternoon. FLYER put out by SM BALIUAG the Bulacan Chapter members hold on to the SM BALIUAG banner for the foto shoot then proceeds to discuss the details of the two sundays event JUNE 14 2009 meet at Quezon city Hall...and the June 21 Vw bug run to SM BALIUAG..
